1300m/4200 feet elevation in Gualtallary
Malbec and Cabernet Franc hand arvested
during the last week of March.
They were both de-stemmed over open top
neutral french barrels where they cofermented.
Spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak with
daily soft pigeages with an extended
maceration for 35 days.
Aged 16 month in the same oak barrels.
Bottled without finning nor filtering.
